What we collect

We keep data to a minimum. If you create an account, we store only:

  • Your email address (used for sign-in and account recovery).
  • An optional display name.
  • The debugging sessions you choose to save — the code/error you submit and DevPulse's analysis, with timestamps.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to provide the service: authenticating you, and showing your own private debugging history. Your saved sessions are visible only to you and are protected by row-level security so no other user can access them.

Guest use

You can use DevPulse without an account. As a guest, nothing is saved to our servers — recent sessions live only in your browser.

Security

Passwords are hashed and salted by our authentication provider — we never see or store plain-text passwords. All data is transmitted over HTTPS, and access tokens are stored securely in your browser.

Deleting your data

You can permanently delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Doing so erases your profile and every saved debugging session — no orphaned data is left behind.
